Annabella Gallucci is an Italian Private chef with over 20 years of experience. She creates and caters dinner parties and private dinners. Annabella believes in the integrity of her cooking which is going the extra step in making everything homemade and choosing quality ingredients. She enjoys hearing people talk excitedly about her homemade pastas, focaccia bread, her delicately made sauces, Sicilian meatballs, and even Italian pastries. She believes in cultivating a warm environment through her cooking and would gladly serve you at your next dinner.
Chef Annabella's Philosphy- A good Chef always remains a student. Whatever you do never forget your passion and give your best. In other words, if you had two hundred meatballs make the last tastes as good as the first.

At Gallucci's, we do not try to impress anyone with fancy Chef techniques. As a mother of eight children, I simply cook like an Italian Momma would cook at home. Maybe like your own Momma would cook. I'm open to special requests.

I'm sorry it took me so long to put myself out there and do what you've known all your life "No body cooks like Momma can cook" and thanks for eating all the food that didn't make the cut do to trial and error.
